Yes. Access supports a full USSD flow, so a resident can generate a visitor pass from any feature phone. If a phone number belongs to multiple estates, they simply pick the estate during the flow.
Guards perform an explicit check-out. Codes with no checkout simply remain active until they expire, and both entry and exit are written to the audit history with the gate and timestamp.
Absolutely. Each estate configures per-day and per-hour limits for individual passes, guest allowances for groups, and validity windows — all enforced at creation time.
